BBQ Steak Wraps

1. 1Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside. Season steak generously on both sides with BBQ rub.
2. 2Heat the same skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak 4-5 minutes per side for medium, or to desired doneness. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice thin against the grain.
3. 3Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, and Devil Spit hot sauce in a small bowl to make the spicy sauce.
4. 4Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds. Lay each tortilla flat and spread a layer of the spicy mayo-sour cream mixture down the center.
5. 5Layer each wrap with romaine lettuce, sliced steak, bacon, BBQ coleslaw, tomatoes, red onions, jalapeños, and pickles.
6. 6Top with fried onion straws, fold in the sides of the tortilla, and roll up tightly from bottom to top.
7. 7Cut wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately with jalapeño kettle chips, baked beans, and cornbread on the side.
