Big Mac Burrito

1. 1Cook french fries according to package directions until crispy, then season with garlic salt and pepper while hot. Set aside.
2. 2Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease.
3. 3Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable. Lay each tortilla flat and spread 2-3 tablespoons Big Mac sauce down the center.
4. 4Layer each tortilla with seasoned beef, a handful of fries, cheddar cheese, red and white onions, pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce.
5. 5Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from bottom to top to form a burrito.
6. 6Optional: Place burritos seam-side down in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes per side to crisp the outside and melt the cheese.
7. 7Cut in half and serve with kettle cooked chips on the side and extra Big Mac sauce for dipping.
