Caramelized, Onion and Garlic Asian Fusion Spaghetti

1. 1Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. 2In a large skillet over medium heat, cook pork belly cubes until crispy and browned, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside, leaving fat in pan.
3. 3Add butter and olive oil to the pork fat. Add sliced onions and cook low and slow until deeply caramelized, about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add minced and whole garlic cloves during last 5 minutes.
4. 4Stir in chili crisp oil, soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. 5Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
6. 6Add Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, stirring until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
7. 7Return pork belly to pan and toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
8. 8Serve immediately topped with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
