Carne Asada Tzatziki Wrap

1. 1Grill or pan-sear the carne asada over high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice against the grain into thin strips.
2. 2Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet for 20-30 seconds per side until pliable.
3. 3Spread a thin layer of roasted garlic hummus cream cheese down the center of each tortilla, followed by a layer of whipped feta and a drizzle of tzatziki sauce.
4. 4Layer on the romaine lettuce, sliced carne asada, pickled red onions, cucumbers, jalapeños, corn relish, and cherry tomatoes.
5. 5Sprinkle with fresh parsley and cilantro, then add a handful of crushed jalapeño chips for crunch. Drizzle with lemon juice.
6. 6Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up, tucking as you go to keep everything secure.
7. 7Slice each wrap in half on the diagonal and serve immediately while the chips are still crunchy.
