Chipotle Ground Beef Mexican Burrito

1. 1Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat, then stir in 2 tablespoons taco seasoning and cook 2 more minutes. Set aside.
2. 2Mix cooked rice with minced garlic and 1 tablespoon taco seasoning. Warm refried beans in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
3. 3Make chipotle lime mayo by mixing mayonnaise, lime juice, and chipotle powder in a small bowl. In another bowl, mix sour cream with Cholula hot sauce.
4. 4Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable. Layer each tortilla with refried beans, seasoned rice, ground beef, cheese, green chilies, tomatoes, red onion, and pickled jalapeños.
5. 5Top with shredded lettuce and cilantro, then drizzle with both sauces. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from bottom to top.
6. 6Optional: Place burritos seam-side down in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes to crisp the outside and melt the cheese.
