1. 1Combine Dr Pepper, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard in a medium saucepan.
2. 2Whisk in chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne until well combined.
3. 3Bring sauce to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and reduces by about half.
4. 4Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Toss with cooked wings or use as a glaze during the last few minutes of cooking.
