1. 1In a medium saucepan, combine the mango puree, minced habaneros, honey, and garlic over medium heat.
2. 2Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
3. 3Stir in the lime juice, green onions, paprika, and salt. Simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
4. 4Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Taste and adjust seasoning with more honey for sweetness or lime juice for tang.
5. 5Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
