1. 1In a large mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
2. 2Stir in the crumbled Cjota cheese (or goat cheese), diced green chilies, chopped pickled jalapeños, Cholula hot sauce, lime juice, taco seasoning, and black pepper.
3. 3If using, add the oregano and Taco Bell sauce to the mixture.
4. 4Transfer the mixture to a saucepan over medium heat and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring regularly until heated through.
5. 5Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more hot sauce or lime juice if you like it spicier or tangier.
6. 6Serve warm over tacos, nachos, or as a dip with tortilla chips.
