1. 1In a medium saucepan, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, orange zest, and marmalade until well combined.
2. 2In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 3 tablespoons cold water to make a slurry and set aside.
3. 3Bring the sauce mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, then add the red chili flakes.
4. 4Once simmering, slowly whisk in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens to a glossy consistency.
5. 5Remove from heat and stir in sesame seeds. Taste and adjust sweetness or heat as needed.
6. 6Toss with crispy fried chicken pieces or serve over rice with your protein of choice.
