Red Creamy Chimmichri Sauce

1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast the red bell peppers until charred, about 20-25 minutes. Let them cool and then peel off the skin.
2. 2In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped parsley, cilantro, roasted garlic, chopped roasted red bell peppers, and red onion.
3. 3Add the olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, and salt to the bowl and mix well.
4. 4In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then stir it into the sauce mixture.
5. 5Finally, fold in the mayonnaise or sour cream for creaminess. Adjust seasoning to taste.
