Salami Cheddar Pickle Sandwich

1. 1Lay out 4 slices of sourdough bread and spread about 1 tablespoon of mayo on each slice.
2. 2Layer 3 oz of salami on each slice, folding the slices to create height and texture.
3. 3Add 2 oz of cheddar cheese on top of the salami on each sandwich.
4. 4Top the cheese with pickle slices, distributing evenly across the 4 sandwiches.
5. 5Place the remaining 4 slices of bread on top and press down gently.
6. 6Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately, or wrap tightly for lunch later.
