1. 1Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
2. 2Stir in Frank's RedHot, Sunkist orange soda, brown sugar, orange zest, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
3. 3Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens slightly and reduces by about one-third.
4. 4Remove from heat and stir in hot honey. Taste and adjust sweetness or heat as needed.
5. 5Toss with cooked wings immediately or let cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
