Tomato Salami Sandwich

1. 1Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden and crispy.
2. 2Spread mayonnaise generously on one side of each toasted bread slice.
3. 3Layer the salami on 2 slices of bread, folding or stacking as needed.
4. 4Top the salami with tomato slices, then close each sandwich with the remaining bread slices, mayo side down.
5. 5Cut sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
