Tuna Salad Melt Sandwich

1. 1Spread garlic herb butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
2. 2In a small bowl, mix together the tuna salad and cream cheese until well combined.
3. 3Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place 4 slices of bread butter-side down in the pan.
4. 4Spread the tuna mixture evenly on the bread slices in the pan, then top each with shredded cheddar cheese and a handful of jalapeño chips.
5. 5Place the remaining bread slices on top, butter-side up.
6. 6Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, pressing down gently with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and toasted and the cheese is melted.
7. 7Remove from heat, cut sandwiches in half, and serve immediately while hot and melty.
